A practical guide

Put the pages in the order you need.

  1. Choose one PDF and inspect the page preview.
  2. Enter the desired page positions or arrange them in the preview.
  3. Create the reordered copy and verify its opening, transitions and final page.

Try this example

Move a one-page appointment note from position 4 to the front of a four-page household pack. Preview all pages to confirm the note leads and the other pages retain their order.

Limits and important details

Layout: 10 MiB, all source pages up to 200, 40 MiB output; split can produce 400 pages. No annotations, links, form widgets or unusual page units. Document metadata/bookmarks are not preserved. Split and crop clip visibility, not securely remove hidden content. Marks are not redaction or editable comments: one per run on up to 500 pages, Latin text up to 300 characters. Forms: 10 MiB, 200 pages, 100 plain single-line text, checkbox, dropdown or radio fields; no XFA, signatures or scripts. Appearances may change. Not PDF sanitization.
