What to expect

Chapters are converted in reading (spine) order, and each chapter starts on a new page. Headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, images and basic styles are kept; text is reflowed into PDF pages, so page numbers differ from an e-reader. Links become plain text; scripts, audio, video and remote resources are omitted. DRM-protected (encrypted) EPUB files are refused; up to 300 chapters.

Large documents may exceed your device’s available memory. If conversion fails, try a smaller document or another device.

Help with conversion

The converter does not start

Check your connection while the converter prepares itself, then retry. This converter needs a modern browser and sufficient memory.

My document could not be converted

Open the document in your editor and save a new EPUB copy. Password-protected, damaged or unsupported files may fail. The input limit is 30 MiB and the PDF output limit is 20 MiB.

Processing takes too long

Preparing the converter stops after two minutes; conversion stops after one minute. You can cancel during processing and restart with a smaller document.

Before you start: E-books bought with DRM protection cannot be converted, and page numbers will differ from your e-reader because text is reflowed.
