What to expect

Text, images and page layout are converted together. Fonts and complex formatting may differ from your Office editor; check your PDF before sharing.

Sheet print areas, orientation and page breaks determine the PDF layout. Each sheet is scaled to fit one page width; long sheets continue on further pages. Very wide sheets become small — set print areas in your spreadsheet editor for larger text.

Large documents may exceed your device’s available memory. If conversion fails, try a smaller document or another device.

The converter does not start

Check your connection while the converter prepares itself, then retry. This converter needs a modern browser and sufficient memory.

My document could not be converted

Open the document in your editor and save a new XLSX copy. Password-protected, damaged or unsupported files may fail. The input limit is 10 MiB and the PDF output limit is 20 MiB.

Processing takes too long

Preparing the converter stops after two minutes; conversion stops after one minute. You can cancel during processing and restart with a smaller document.
